Subscription Graveyard stores your email (for login), a salted hash of your password, the cancelled subscriptions you bury ("Graveyard"), the planned cancellations you track ("Last Rites"), the upcoming renewals you track ("Renewal Watchlist"), and rate-limit records keyed by your IP or email so nobody can brute-force your account.
Who we share with. Cloudflare hosts the app and database. Resend sends transactional emails (verification, password reset, renewal warnings). Jen's App Hub issues the signed token that unlocks Pro. We do NOT sell your personal data and do NOT share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it. Account + content data: as long as your account exists. Security data (rate-limit rows, failed logins): purged automatically when the window expires. There is no newsletter sign-up in this app and we do not send marketing email.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Open Account settings at the bottom of the app: Export my data downloads a JSON copy, and Delete my account permanently deletes everything. For other requests email privacy@jenbuiltit.com.
Children. The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@jenbuiltit.com and we will delete it.
